Meet Alexander ↓
Alexander De Goti
Alexander grew up in Miami in a proud Cuban family and starred at Belen Jesuit. Baseball carried him from there to Long Beach State and Barry University, then into pro ball — a 2016 Houston Astros draft pick who reached the Major Leagues in 2021 and went on to play in the Minnesota Twins, Texas Rangers, and Miami Marlins organizations.
But what he carries into every client relationship has nothing to do with a box score. It is knowing how to take care of the people counting on you, especially when things get hard. He founded The De Goti Group to be exactly that — the one who answers in a tough moment, gets the coverage right long before it is ever needed, and treats every family and business like his own.

Christopher De Goti
Christopher, Alexander’s brother, came up the same way — a Cuban kid from Miami and a Belen Jesuit man through and through. A standout pitcher for the Belen Wolverines, he went on to Barry University, as sharp in the classroom as he was on the mound, graduating summa cum laude.
That composure is what clients feel when the pressure is on. When a claim hits or a hard decision has to be made, he stays calm, works every detail, and makes sure the people counting on him are protected and looked after all the way through.

Jorge De Goti
Jorge, cousin to Alexander and Christopher, carries the family name into the next generation. Cuban-American and another Belen Jesuit product, he was a nationally ranked infielder who played college baseball at Florida, Indiana, and Nova Southeastern.
Driven and genuinely invested in the people he serves, he shows up in the moments that matter — walking families through the hard calls and making sure they are covered the right way. He treats every policy like he is protecting his own.
